VivoCity Embraces Colours and Design This Fashion Season
28 March 2012, Singapore – VivoCity, Singapore’s largest retail and lifestyle destination, will immerse shoppers with exciting Spring/Summer fashion trends during this year’s Fashion Festival from 5 to 29 April. Themed “Dazzling Style at Every Turn”, the concept will bring out a vibrant mix of invigorating colours and design, serving as inspiration for shoppers to find the perfect Spring and Summer looks.
Centred on the visually-appealing psychedelic infusion of stunning colours and bizarre patterns in various styles, VivoCity’s Fashion Festival will see shoppers treated to a host of promotions and events. This will include a series of fashion shows on 13, 14 and 20 & 21 April as part of the Fashion Showcase 2012 that will feature Spring/Summer collections from Esprit, Camomilla Milano, Crocs, T.M.Lewin and Aimer.

Titled “A New Style, A New Love”, the opening show of the Fashion Festival, which will be presented by VivoCity and Esprit on 13 April, will celebrate the season of Spring. Featuring exciting styles rich in contrasts between light and neutral beige shades with dark and rich blue tones, shoppers will be presented with ideas of how they can bring out simple elegance in their everyday looks with Esprit.
This season, beach couture fashion will also come to the fore as Aimer will be showcasing their new range of swimwear on 21 April. Shoppers will have the chance to see the brand’s luxurious swimwear collection, featuring top-quality fabric designed with gorgeous patterns and exquisite details.
Shoppers who spend a minimum of $50 at VivoCity will be able to redeem a pass for four persons to attend one of the fashion shows. Refer to Appendix A the full schedule of fashion shows.
This fashion festival, VivoCity will also be introducing a new aspect to its engagement with shoppers, giving them an opportunity to immerse in their very own psychedelic dreams at the Fashionista Playground located at South Avenue on Level 1. Shoppers can pose at the couture photo stands and capture their moments of fun and glamour.
Besides these exciting events, there will also be spending incentives to reward shoppers. The special shopping deals cover a variety of product categories such as health and beauty, fashion and accessories, jewellery and watches, food and beverages as well as shoes and bags.
